ER70S-6 welding wire
Er70s-6 Welding Wire is a kind of welding technology developed in the 1950s. During the 40 years or so, it has been developed as a kind of important melt welding method and widely applied to all kinds of fields like automotive industry, construction machinery production, shipbuilding, metallurgical equipment production, bridges, civil works, petrochemical industry, production of pressure vessels of boilers, locomotive vehicles, etc.
At present, the production and application of CO2 gas-shielded welding wire have been developing rapidly. It has accounted for 40-50% in welding materials in some industrialized countries. In china, it has been popularized in many departments, and gradually it is partly replacing manual arc welding with electrodes gradually. Some of its characteristics are as follows, 1. Low welding costs. 2. High productivity and low electricity consumption. 3. Easy to operate. All-position welding. 4. Very low hydrogen content in the weld and lower nitrogen content. Excellent crack-resistance. 5. Little deformation after welding. 6. Wide applicability. Suitable for welding thin, medium and thick plates.
